Di seguito troverai alcune informazioni importanti per il tuo soggiorno:

  1. Per aprire il portone al piano terra premere il campanello SUITE IL DIREZIONALE, si aprirà automaticamente la porta (in alto a destra della pulsantiera)
  2. La chiave della stanza assegnata apre sia la porta di ingresso al corridoio, sia la porta della camera assegnata; specifichiamo che sono chiavi particolari che permettono di aprire la porta di ingresso al corridoio ma non è possibile aprire le altre stanze (es: la chiave NORD apre solo la stanza NORD)
  3. La luce presente nel corridoio si accende e si spegne automaticamente da sola
  4. All’interno della stanza troverà la password del WI-FI sul cartello appeso dietro alla porta insieme alle istruzioni di emergenza
  5. Aprendo la finestra con pompa di calore/climatizzatore acceso, questo andrà in blocco e ripartirà nel momento in cui viene chiusa la finestra
  6. Per il check-out, se questo avviene dopo le 09:00, potrà riconsegnare direttamente le chiavi in Reception al 1° piano, in caso contrario può lasciare la chiave sulla scrivania della camera chiudendo la porta quando esce
  7. Nella camera troverà in dotazione WI-FI, Smart TV, asciugamani, asciugacapelli e kit bagno
  8. Non è presente una zona giorno/colazione, ma abbiamo alcune convenzioni con bar e ristoranti.   9. La Reception è aperta da Lunedì a Venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:30 alle 18:30. Per nuove prenotazioni e disponibilità consultare il sito hoteldirezionalecarpi.it
  10. Check-in dalle 14:30- 18:30 del giorno di arrivo
  11. Check-out: la camera va lasciata libera entro le ore 10 dell’ultimo pernottamento
  12. Solo in caso di emergenze: assenza acqua, assenza corrente, mancanza asciugamani e malfunzionamento impianti, è possibile contattare il numero +39 059 9128867
  13. Per tutte le altre emergenze, soccorso sanitario o di pubblica sicurezza, chiamare il numero di emergenza europeo 112. Quando chiami devi fornire le seguenti informazioni:
                  • Il tuo nome e il tuo numero di telefono
                  • Il luogo esatto dove ti trovi o dove si è verificata l’emergenza (via Marx 95 Carpi -Modena – 7° piano – c/o Suite Il Direzionale )
                  • La natura e la gravità dell’emergenza
                  • Il numero e le condizioni delle persone coinvolte
                  • Se ci sono altre situazioni di pericolo o difficoltà
                  • Ricorda di parlare in modo chiaro e calmo, e di seguire le istruzioni dell’operatore. Non riagganciare fino a quando non ti viene detto di farlo
Below you will find some important information for your stay:

  1. To open the door on the ground floor, press the bell SUITE IL DIREZIONALE, it will automatically open the door (top right of the hand control)
  2. The assigned room key opens both the entrance door to the hallway and the door to the assigned room; we specify that these are special keys that allow you to open the entrance door to the hallway but you cannot open the other rooms (ex: the NORTH key opens only the NORTH room)
  3. The light in the hallway will automatically turn on and off by itself
  4. Inside the room you will find the WI-FI password on the sign hanging behind the door along with the emergency instructions
  5. When opening the window with heat pump/air conditioner on, it will go into lockout and restart the moment the window is closed
  6. For check-out, if this is after 09:00, you may return the keys directly to Reception on the 1st floor, otherwise you may leave the key on the room desk closing the door when you leave
  7. In the room you will find included WI-FI, Smart TV, towels, hair dryer and bathroom kit
  8. There is no day/breakfast area, but we do have some conventions with bars and restaurants.   9. The Front Desk is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. See www.hoteldirezionalecarpi.it for new reservations and availability.
  10. Check-in from 14:30 – 18:30 on the day of arrival
  11. Check-out: room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. of last night’s stay

  13. For all other emergencies, medical rescue or public safety, call the European emergency number 112. When you call you must provide the following information:
        • Your name and phone number
        • The exact location where you are or where the emergency occurred (via Marx 95 Carpi -Modena – 7th floor – c/o Suite Il Direzionale )
        • The nature and severity of the emergency
        • The number and condition of the people involved
        • If there are any other dangerous situations or difficulties
        • Remember to speak clearly and calmly, and to follow the operator’s instructions. Do not hang up until you are told to do so.
